Job Description

An Aquatics Event Lead is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and coordinating water-related events, ensuring their smooth execution from start to finish. The Aquatics Event Lead is tasked with managing a diverse team, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all activities comply with regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all events adhere to safety regulations and risk management protocols.
  • Develop detailed event schedules and checklists to streamline operations.

  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of event facilities and equipment.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to promote events and maximize attendance.
  • Assess event feedback and implement improvements for future events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in aquatics settings.
