We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations and providing support to our accounting department.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Prepare financial reports and documents
  • Process payroll and expense reports
  • Answering Telephone Calls

Candidate Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Administrative or Accounting  related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative or accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
