Job Description

An Admin Officer who is proficient in Arabic plays a crucial role in managing client communications, internal documentation, and general office administrative tasks within the organization. This position requires a high level of organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English. The role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and bridging communication gaps where necessary. Whether it’s answering calls, scheduling meetings, or handling documentation, the Admin Officer is the cornerstone of efficient office administration. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and organize the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external correspondence in Arabic and English.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and official documentation accurately and on time.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other employees in both Arabic and English.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Ensure that office supplies are ordered and maintained efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Support HR with onboarding activities and various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients for administrative requests.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide logistics support for projects, including documentation, file management, and communications.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with office equipment, including computers, printers, and fax machines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Understanding of basic financial and business principles relating to office administration.
