Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Admin Officer who is an Arabic speaker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and possess excellent communication abilities. The Admin Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the office, thus playing a critical role in supporting the administration and team. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented and can handle administrative tasks with diligence and confidentiality. Given the nature of the role, fluency in Arabic is essential to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and partners who speak the language. You will be a key player in supporting overall office activities and maintaining high standards of administrative services.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office administrative operations to ensure smooth running.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team.
  • Prepare and process reports, memos, and correspondence efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and documentation of meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments and maintain effective communication.
  • Ensure the timely updating and accuracy of databases, files, and records.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and visitors effectively and professionally.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment and manage inventory levels.
  • Facilitate Arabic language translation and interpretation as required by the team.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Admin Officer or in a similar administrative role.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite and presentation tools.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities necessary.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information is required.
