Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:
Green Prefab FZE is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Prepare and maintain VAT records and support VAT filing requirements.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Assist management with accounting reports and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting requirements.
• Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE preferred.
  • Good knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
