Brand Waves Advertising LLC is a leading signage, branding, and visual communication company in the UAE. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and supplier payments.
• Monitor project costs and prepare profitability reports.
• Reconcile supplier and customer statements.
• Maintain fixed asset and inventory records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Experience in the signage, construction, manufacturing, or advertising industry will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, ERP, or similar).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic is an added advantage).
