We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to manage client accounts, drive sales, and contribute to revenue growth. This role involves prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines strong sales skills, business acumen, and excellent communication to achieve targets and support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
Present products or services to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
Negotiate and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
Address client queries, concerns, and provide solutions promptly.
Account Management & Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Monitor account performance and client satisfaction.
Provide support during client onboarding and implementation processes.
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Track key performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Provide insights to improve sales strategies and account management.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on client needs and campaigns.
Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and client presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
