Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to manage client accounts, drive sales, and contribute to revenue growth. This role involves prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines strong sales skills, business acumen, and excellent communication to achieve targets and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
    • Present products or services to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
    • Negotiate and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
    • Address client queries, concerns, and provide solutions promptly.
  • Account Management & Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
    • Monitor account performance and client satisfaction.
    • Provide support during client onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
    • Track key performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
    • Provide insights to improve sales strategies and account management.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on client needs and campaigns.
    • Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and client presentations.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
