  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers from various educational organizations.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.

  • Participate in educational industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the education sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and respond to client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools and technologies.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas regularly.
