Responsibilities

  • Track and report on sales performance and client feedback regularly.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional strategies for the education sector.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Contribute to team meetings and share insights on market opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education sector or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of educational institution needs and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract finalizations.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
