  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align on strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, client interactions, and forecasted revenue.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively support clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive client experience and relationship.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collections from clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and negotiations effectively.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
