Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s revenue and growth by managing client relationships and sales initiatives. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring our services to meet these requirements effectively. This dynamic role requires you to be proactive, strategically minded, and possess superior communication skills. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and company retention. With a deep understanding of our company’s offerings, you will serve as a link between the client and our internal teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations and contribute to company goals.


Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective clients through research and initiate contact effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Create customized sales strategies to meet client needs and increase sales volume.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase service benefits.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop client-specific solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients ensuring they align with company policies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks for clients.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges to management.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints through effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through ongoing support and communication.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports to the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
