Responsibilities

• Interpret design specifications to fabricate custom 3D signage solutions accurately.
• Operate machinery and tools such as CNC routers, lasers, and welding equipment.
• Select suitable materials for different signage projects, ensuring durability and appeal.
• Assemble sign components with precision to achieve seamless and cohesive designs.
• Collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot and refine design concepts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during fabrication processes to minimize risk.
• Perform routine maintenance on fabrication tools and equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace to promote productivity and safety.
• Complete projects within set timeframes to meet client delivery schedules consistently.
• Coordinate with the project manager to update on progress and address any issues.
• Adapt to new methods and technologies to stay current in 3D signage fabrication.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on improving fabrication processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 3D Signage Fabricator or similar role in the industry.
• Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of materials such as acrylic, metal, and digital printing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architecture, and design specifications carefully.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
