Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders from customers.
• Promptly serve food and beverages to customers' tables.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back with customers frequently.
• Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables.
• Prepare itemized checks and collect payments from customers seamlessly.
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
• Offer upsell suggestions for appetizers, desserts, and beverages to boost sales.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down of dining areas as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations and food handling procedures strictly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and ordering procedures.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
