Detailed Job Description

• Ensure team adherence to EMS and HSE requirements through monitoring, training, and guidance.
• Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
• Drive departmental initiatives for environmental performance improvement and HSE culture.
• Responsible for adhering to cGMP principles and to maintain in an effective manner.
• Responsibilities related to Promas Becomix operation during manufacturing.
• Monitor operation equipment conditions and adjust as needed to comply with production requirements.
• Check and receive correct material as per the Dispensing sheet/MIV.
• Supervision the receiving of production & Packaging material in advance according to the plan and report if any shortage.
• Material verification and confirm the batch processes, details including Batch no., manufacturing, and expiry date.
• Responsible for checking and maintaining all related logbooks and records.
• Use SAP to executive process orders no., manage equipment and drive maintenance work practices.
• Generate SAP notification for calibration due or maintenance work.
• BMS system monitoring and responsible for entry and check by sign. in logbook of environmental conditions reading from the data logger (Temperature, Relative humidity & Differential pressure) as per SOP.
• Arrange or organize the machines, portable equipment’s utensils & accessories etc. after cleaning for production operation, maintain the machinery to ensure proper production operations.
• Responsible for the initiative area/machine/ equipment line clearance according to the production plan.
• Responsible for BMR review after the batch manufacturing.
  
  

• Minimum passed Higher Secondary School
• 3+ Year experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking of English Language
