Spa Therapist For A 5 Star Hotel - Europe

Apt Resources is seeking experienced and professional Spa Therapists to join the spa team of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, excellent treatment skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to hotel guests in a luxurious hospitality environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new hotel opening and contribute to delivering high-quality spa and wellness experiences to international guests.

• Perform professional massage treatments and spa services according to the hotels treatment menu and service standards.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and products before each appointment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout the spa.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable and receive personalized, professional service.
• Recommend appropriate spa treatments and wellness products when suitable.
• Follow the hotels treatment protocols, health and safety procedures, and professional standards.
• Coordinate with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end spa.
• Diploma, certificate, or professional training in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Willingness to relocate to Bosnia and Herzegovina and meet the hotels employment requirements

Salary: €1,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and suitability, shared accommodation, and a flight ticket if required.
