About The Role

We are looking for a Senior BIM Technician to join our Studio Design Team in Riga. This role plays a key part in owning and developing the studio planning processes from concept to completion. As a Senior BIM Technician, you will act as a bridge between design and execution, partnering cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient delivery of studio projects across our global portfolio. You will lead the management of BIM processes, guide junior specialists, and contribute to the development of innovative, data-driven design solutions that shape the future of our studios.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Own and oversee the studio planning processes from the preliminary stage to completion.
  • Collaborate with Product, Production, AV, Studio Delivery, Electrical, and IT teams to ensure all projects are well-defined, strategically aligned, and successfully executed.
  • Manage and maintain the central BIM model, ensuring it remains structured, accurate, and up to date.
  • Develop parametric models and optimized planning solutions for studio constructions and equipment layouts.
  • Lead the specification processes, maintaining templates, project technical data, and supporting the Studio Design Team with accurate information.
  • Prepare and issue project documentation and technical deliverables according to timelines and quality standards.
  • Oversee time management and task prioritization within the BIM team to meet project deadlines.
  • Support and mentor BIM specialists, including their onboarding and ongoing development.
  • Conduct and participate in design and technical brainstorms, as well as pipeline and roadmap planning.
  • Drive innovation in BIM practices, exploring generative design and integration with data analytics.
  • Conduct training sessions and represent the team in relevant conferences and industry events.
  • Ensure all processes comply with internal guidelines, safety standards, and legal regulations.
  • Travel to business locations when required to collect planning data and ensure accurate on-site alignment.
  • Facilitate the effective use of Revit and cloud-based collaboration systems (e.g., BIM 360).

What We Ask Of You

  • Proven experience in BIM management, ideally in architecture, interior design, or studio design projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, including cloud workflows such as BIM 360.
  • Strong understanding of parametric modeling, BIM content creation, and best practices in model structuring.
  • Experience in team leadership or mentoring within a BIM environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and maintain clarity in fast-paced project timelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams and cultures.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (daily communication with international colleagues is required).
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools, generative design, or automation workflows is considered an advantage.

What We Offer In Exchange

  • Taking part in creating studios as part of an award-winning iGaming business.
  • Opportunities for both professional growth and personal development.
  • Truly international experience and collaboration possibilities with impactful results.
