What You Will Do

• Architect & Develop: Build and maintain robust in-house backend platforms using Node.js and Nest.js within a high-performing microservices architecture.

• Database & High-Load Optimization: Solve complex DB performance bottlenecks by debugging queries, managing index strategies, leveraging data partitioning, and optimizing high-load SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).

• API & Service Integration: Design and implement high-throughput third-party API integrations, working with REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

• Guard Reliability & Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following TDD principles, utilizing Redis and RabbitMQ to ensure maximum system reliability.

• Collaborate & Scale: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, normalize, and continuously improve scalable data systems.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: At least 5 years of commercial web development experience, with 5+ years focused specifically on Node.js and Nest.js.

• Database Mastery: Hands-on experience managing relational/NoSQL DBs and Big Data, with a deep understanding of table indexing, the DB Query Planner, normalization principles, and query optimization.

• Architecture & Messaging: Strong knowledge of microservice architecture, REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, RabbitMQ, and Redis.

• Engineering Standards: Solid proficiency in ES6+, Git version control, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Communication: Intermediate (or higher) English proficiency with strong problem-solving capabilities and collaborative skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience with TypeScript.

• 2+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Kubernetes.

• Practical experience using NATS.
