PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our remote team. This role is essential in supporting sales performance through data analysis, process optimization, reporting, and operational support that helps improve efficiency and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Sales Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to support business decision-making
Prepare reports, dashboards, and forecasts for sales leadership and internal teams
Monitor key sales KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Support sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline analysis activities
Sales Operations & Process Support
Assist in managing and improving sales processes, workflows, and operational procedures
Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and CRM data
Support territory planning, lead tracking, and sales performance monitoring
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Collaboration & Business Support
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to support business goals
Provide data-driven insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement
Assist with the implementation of sales tools, systems, and operational initiatives
Support cross-functional projects and strategic business activities as needed
Systems & Data Management
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and reporting platforms
Maintain documentation related to sales operations and reporting processes
Assist with system updates, reporting automation, and workflow optimization
Follow established procedures and contribute to operational excellence
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to interpret and present data clearly and effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or reporting tools is a plus
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or similar tools
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, analytics, or a related field is a plus
