About The Role

Namou Properties is hiring a Sales Executive based in Ras Al Khaimah to represent the company during client site visits and showcase our real estate investment opportunities.

This role focuses on client engagement and property presentations, ensuring each visitor experiences a professional and informative tour of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and accompany clients during project and site visits.
  • Present project features, benefits, and investment potential confidently.
  • Answer client questions clearly and accurately during visits.
  • Coordinate visit schedules with the sales and operations teams.
  • Support the sales process by providing accurate on-site information and client feedback.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of Namous developments and investment portfolio.
  • Represent Namou Properties with professionalism and enthusiasm.


Requirements

  • Based in Ras Al Khaimah (required).
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented.
  • Valid UAE driving license (required).
  • Knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah areas and routes preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or client-facing sales roles is an advantage.
  • Organized, punctual, and proactive personality.
