Job Description


  • Lead and oversee overall sales operations of the company, ensuring achievement of revenue targets and business growth.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and the Ras Al Khaimah real estate market.

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity, performance, and closing ratios.

  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks; regularly monitor and report results to management.

  • Coordinate closely with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and lead management.

  • Oversee client relationship management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, channel partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with RERA, local regulations, and company policies.

  • Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of sales staff to strengthen team capabilities.

  • Supervise administrative coordination related to sales documentation, contracts, and approvals.

  • Represent the company at meetings, property launches, exhibitions, and networking events.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
