Sales Agent

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent – Travel Services (Arabic-Speaking) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills to assist clients in planning and booking their trips.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with clients, understanding their travel preferences and desires, and providing personalized recommendations and itineraries tailored to their needs.

* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process.

* Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and industry changes.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues.

* Maintain detailed records of bookings and customer interactions.

Requirements:

* Language: Arabic Speaking is mandatory.

* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry is advantageous.

* Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel agencies.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary + Commission will be provided.
