Job Description

PulseMediaNL is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Account Manager to join our remote team. This role is essential in managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and building long-term customer relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and sales inquiries
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process

Sales Growth & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Present products and services to customers through meetings, calls, and presentations
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements

Collaboration & Sales Support

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively
  • Coordinate with operations, support, and management teams to deliver solutions
  • Provide customer feedback and market insights to support business improvements
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding products, updates, and opportunities

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate account records and sales activity within CRM systems
  • Track sales performance, account activity, and customer engagement metrics
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and account updates for management
  • Follow established sales processes and contribute to operational efficiency

Requirements

  • About the Ideal Candidate
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional, proactive, and results-driven attitude
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or sales is a plus
