Job Description
We are seeking an individual proficient in managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) according to the requirements of API Spec 5L and API Spec Q1. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling external audits and documentation requirements specified for the Tube & Pipe Manufacturing Industry, while adhering to the standards of API Spec 5L and API Q1 9th & 10th Editions.
Responsibilities include:
Providing daily support to process owners in developing documents following API Q1 10th edition guidelines.
Assisting process owners in creating prototype documents for external audits.
Offering guidance on departmental document requirements and corrections.
Conducting shop floor assessments to ensure compliance with API Spec 5L requirements.
Assisting in audit preparations and conducting internal audits as necessary.
The initial requirement is for one month, with potential for extension based on company needs.
Duration: 1 month
Budget: AED3500-AED4000 + Accommodation + Food allowances + Air ticket + Visa
