PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

The Production Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities to ensure timely manufacturing of electrical insulation materials for transformer applications. The role ensures smooth workflow, quality compliance, and efficient utilization of manpower and machines.

Salary : AED 2000 - 2250

Experience : 0 - 3 years

Location : Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily production schedules as per order requirements
• Coordinate with machine operators, supervisors, and QC teams
• Monitor production output, efficiency, and material utilization
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures
• Track production targets and minimize delays or rework
• Maintain daily production reports and shift records
• Coordinate with stores and logistics for material availability and dispatch
• Identify process issues and support continuous improvement activities
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline on the shop floor
• Support management with production planning and performance updates

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
• Experience in a production role within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of production planning and shop-floor operations
• Basic understanding of quality systems and safety standards
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
• Experience in transformer, insulation, paper, or industrial manufacturing industry is preferred
