A private household in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is seeking a skilled, experienced, and reliable Private Household Chef to prepare fresh, delicious, and high-quality meals tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, experience preparing a variety of cuisines, and the ability to manage daily kitchen operations independently.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their cooking, maintains excellent hygiene standards, and can provide a consistent, high-quality dining experience in a private household.

• Prepare fresh, high-quality daily meals based on the family’s preferences, schedule, and dietary needs.
• Prepare a variety of international cuisines, including healthy meals and dishes suited to individual tastes.
• Plan menus and suggest new dishes to provide variety and maintain high food quality.
• Manage grocery shopping, ingredient sourcing, kitchen supplies, and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and preparation.
• Accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and specific food preferences.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food waste.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is used and stored properly.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, discretion, and respect for the family’s privacy at all times.

• Previous professional experience as a private chef, household chef, or chef in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisines.
• Ability to prepare nutritious, flavorful, and well-presented meals.
• Knowledge of menu planning, food safety, kitchen hygiene, and ingredient storage.
• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in a private household is highly preferred.

• Candidates must be based in Ras Al Khaimah or willing to relocate or commute as required.
