Outdoor Sales Representative-Beauty Industry Hair

MADI International is looking for a driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah.

Role Summary

As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with salons and beauty centers, and promoting our premium hair care product portfolio in Ras Al-Khaimah. This is a client-facing role requiring energy, product knowledge, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell hair care products to salons, beauty centers, and retailers in Ras Al-Khaimah
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the market growth
• Provide product demonstrations and trainings to clients
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Report regularly on sales performance and customer feedback
  
  

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beauty or hair care industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Based in Ras Al-Khaimah
• Valid UAE driver's license
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
