We're Hiring — Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant | Terrain Group | Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

We're building something meaningful at Terrain Group — a full-scale, greenfield Odoo ERP transformation across three entities in manufacturing, sports flooring, and playground equipment.

This isn't a support role. We need someone to own it.

The scope:

→ Multi-company Odoo setup from scratch

→ Full ERP: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), Quality, Accounting, CRM, Projects

→ Full HRMS: Attendance, Payroll, Recruitment, Time Off

→ UAE VAT-compliant Accounting configuration

→ Custom development in Python, XML & QWeb

Who we're looking for:

→ 4–7 years hands-on Odoo experience

→ At least 2 full-cycle implementations delivered end-to-end

→ Proven MRP + multi-company + UAE Payroll (WPS) exposure

→ Strong written English; on-site in RAK (or genuinely ready to relocate)
