Job Description

We are Looking for a Medical Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products to new and existing clients and identifying new business opportunities in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients and have a proven track record of sales success.

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales of products through the different sales & promotion activities within a certain geographic territory across UAE.


Responsibilities:


  • Engaging the Healthcare personnel HCPs virtually and Face to face.
  • Distribute knowledge using guidelines through product samples, marketing literature, clinical trials related to his products to help the company and other healthcare professionals take the best decisions.
  • Follow-up with HCPs to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with our disinfection products.
  • Providing approved information to HCPs on our products, e.g. proper medical usage, application amounts and side effects (if any).
  • Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access.
  • Follow up of stock, consumption and ordering process especially in Hospitals , Large enterprise sector and institutions.
  • Attending seminars and participate in setting up sales demonstration and exhibition.
  • Attending regular sales meetings with sales manager, general meetings, and cycle meetings.
  • Presenting reports according to sales manager recommendations and market needs.
  • Update his customer list according to the targeting process by understanding customer’s segmentations and customer insights.
  • Understand customer disease management needs.
  • Stand accountable for all customers e-mails, phone calls related to business.
  • Monthly report for sales, activities, market feedback, threats & opportunities.


  • Medical or pharmaceutical education background is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the same position and field across UAE market.
  • A strong sales record in the last 2 years is a must
  • Science graduate is a must
  • Must have UAE experience on the same field at least 4-5 years.
  • Excellent communication, selling skills, and negotiating skills
