Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and client presentations.

• Maintain and update customer databases, inquiries, and follow-up records.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.

• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Prepare sales reports and performance summaries.

• Communicate with clients to provide updates and collect feedback.

• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in packaging or printing industry).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Fluency in English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus).
