As a Learning & Development Officer (Entry Level Role), you would be responsible for:
As an L&D Officer (Entry Level Role) you will assist in daily HR and L&D operations and work with team members to demonstrate your abilities and gain knowledge in the hospitality industry. The L&D team oversees all training activities, learning and development programs, systems and practices and drives the company’s career development and talent management program.
The candidate will work closely with the L&D Manager and the HR Team. The nature of work will entail supporting the team in both daily operations, project management and strategic aspects of L&D.
