About The Role

Namou Properties is hiring a Land Scout in Ras Al Khaimah to help identify and secure land opportunities for future projects.

You will explore local areas, connect with families and landowners, and use our internal system to report and manage leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify available lands and plots suitable for development.
• Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and community members.
• Conduct field visits and collect accurate data on land ownership and location.
• Use Namous internal system to record and update scouting information.
• Work closely with the acquisition and legal teams during negotiations.
• Stay updated on market trends and zoning regulations in Ras Al Khaimah.
  
  
  

• Based in Ras Al Khaimah.
• Valid UAE driving license (required).
• Excellent knowledge of local areas, families, and communities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using basic mobile apps or systems (training provided).
• Reliable, organized, and community-oriented.
