Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for the Calibration Department.
  • Design OJT curriculums, individual training plans, questionnaires, and maintain OJT records for departmental staff.
  • Manage master standards, instruments/equipment, spares, and maintenance plans in SAP, including uploading, deactivating, and updating records.
  • Create and manage SOP-related tasks in SAP to ensure M5 timely notifications to be generated.
  • Generate purchase requests (PRs) and coordinate with the Purchase Department for PO creation and receipt of technical offers.
  • Create, monitor, and follow up on Deviations, Change Controls (CC), and CAPAs in Ample Logic.
  • Prepare and track monthly KPIs for the Calibration Department.
  • Arrange, send, and receive master and reference standards for calibration across Julphar plants and R&D laboratories, coordinating with third-party calibration services as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, Purchase, Security, and Logistics departments for collection, delivery, and overseas shipping of reference standards.
  • Update reference and master standard plans on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Follow calibration procedures and verify the calibration range of all standards.
  • Support departmental staff in documentation and ensure the achievement of calibration objectives.

Qualification/Functional Knowledge

  • Master’s in information technology
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in MS office, SAP & EQMS
  • Awareness in ISO-17025 guidelines.
