Information Technology (IT) Intern

Are you motivated individual looking to kickstart your IT career? Were on the lookout for a detail-driven and analytical IT enthusiast to join our vibrant team in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. This internship is your chance to dive into hands-on IT experiences, work on exciting projects, and make a real impact while learning and growing with us.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users
• Support the maintenance and updating of company databases
• Collaborate with the IT team on network administration tasks
• Participate in the development and testing of software applications
• Help maintain and update company websites and internal portals
• Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures
• Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Participate in IT-related research and data analysis projects
• Support the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
• Assist in providing technical support to staff members as needed
  
  

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• A student or a graduate of a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with database management systems
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Must be able to work on-site in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
