🦺 WE’RE HIRING – HSE SUPERVISOR | RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE

We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our operations at RAK NOR in Ras Al Khaimah.

This is a hands-on, site-based role for an HSE professional who is confident working closely with operational teams and maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and day-to-day management of HSE requirements across the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety observations.
• Identify hazards and unsafe practices and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
• Support incident and near-miss investigations, including follow-up of corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and HSE awareness activities.
• Monitor compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments and permit-to-work requirements.
• Work closely with supervisors, employees and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain HSE records, reports and relevant site documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, drills and site response arrangements.
• Promote continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

✅ Previous experience in an HSE Supervisor or similar site-based safety role

✅ Experience within an industrial, manufacturing, engineering or heavy operational environment

✅ Recognised HSE qualification, with NEBOSH or equivalent preferred

✅ Good knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation and safe systems of work

✅ Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with employees and contractors at all levels

✅ Practical, visible and proactive approach to safety

✅ Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
