This role is with the ARRISE group.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating staff such as croupiers and shufflers;
• Offering support in implementing all internal procedures, under the supervision of the Shift Manager on duty.
  
  
  

• Work experience: at least 1-year experience as a Croupier in the Live Casino Industry;
• Multiple game knowledge is a plus;
• Seniority within the company: at least 12 months;
• Excellent knowledge of internal procedures, and regulations;
• Over 95% evaluations in the last 6 months without disciplinary measures;
• Great attendance score;
• Written and verbal communications skills Romanian/English (any other foreign language is a plus);
• Communication and presentation skills;
• Patience and understanding when working with people;
• PC skills (Operating PC, Microsoft Office).
