Job Description:

• We are looking for a skilled Field Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, and network expertise. You will provide on-site and remote support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Exchange, and network environments. The role includes configuring IT solutions, diagnosing network problems, maintaining hardware, and ensuring system security and performance.
  
  

• Provide technical support for Windows Server, Mac OS X, and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including configuration, installation, and network diagnostics.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Exchange environments.
• Administer hardware support, including printers, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Ensure system security, manage backups, and maintain network performance.
• Set up user accounts and troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues.
  
  

• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Exchange.
• Network troubleshooting and network configuration expertise.
• Experience in virtualization, system administration, and security management.
  
  

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong networking knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
