Were seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

✅ Requirements

✔️ At least 4 years of experience in IT;

✔️ Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks is a must;

✔️ Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

✔️ Managing team experience;

✔️ Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, OKRs;

✔️ Advanced verbal communication skills;

✔️ Knowledge of time management;

✔️ Be a decision maker and possess problem-solving skills;

✔️ Proven ability to work at multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks;

✔️ Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English.

✅ It Would Be a Big Plus If The Person Is At Least Familiar With, Or Has Worked Around, The Following Technologies

Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloudflare

Data: ClickHouse, MySQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Redis

Messaging/Queues: Kafka, NATS, BullMQ

CI/CD & Monitoring: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack

✅ Nice To Have

✔️ PMP, PSM or the equivalent certificates.

✅ Responsibilities

✔️ Managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution;

✔️ Time and efforts tracking, regular status reporting;

✔️ Team coordination;

✔️ Project risk management;

✔️ Maintaining project documentation.
