Electrician Mason AC Technician Carpenter

We are seeking experienced maintenance professionals across multiple trades (Electrician, Mason, AC Technician, Carpenter) to join our manufacturing facility's maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC units, building structures, and carpentry elements
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections of office spaces, utilities, and building systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
• Collaborate with facility management and other team members
• Perform renovations, repairs, and improvements to office spaces
  
  
  

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in your respective trade
• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety protocols
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical fitness for manual labor and working at heights where applicable
  
  
  

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Knowledge of multiple trades
