Job Description

Summary-

The Director of Recreation will be responsible for overseeing and managing all recreational activities within the organization, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana.

Job Responsibility-

• Develop and implement recreational programs and activities for employees and guests.
• Manage a team of recreational staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure all recreational facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recreational programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field.
• Previous experience in recreational management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols for recreational activities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
