Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Operations to join our dynamic organization in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our business, ensuring exceptional performance and driving strategic growth.
Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Analyze operational data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
Manage and optimize budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance across all operational areas
Collaborate with department heads to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the organization
Implement and maintain industry best practices and quality standards across all operational functions
Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations and industry standards in the UAE
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and local authorities
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity and success
Qualifications
Proven track record of 3+ years in senior operations management roles, preferably in a related industry
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in budget planning, execution, and profit optimization
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Outstanding strategic planning and execution capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Strong project management skills and experience in managing large-scale initiatives
Proficiency in operations management software and systems
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated ability in risk management and change management
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Knowledge of UAE business practices and regulations highly desirable
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to integrity in all business practices
