We want to make our guests’ experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in one of our hotels. To set the right tone, we’re looking for a Concierg Supervisor capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Lead the daily operations of the concierge desk, bell service, transport and valet partners
- Deliver a warm, professional and highly personalised service to all guests
- Build strong guest relationships and anticipate needs before they are requested
- Share accurate and up-to-date local knowledge on attractions, dining, events and transport
- Support VIP arrivals, group movements and special guest requests
- Handle guest concerns calmly and use feedback to improve service standards
- Coordinate closely with Front Office and other departments for seamless operations
- Maintain high standards of appearance and organisation in the lobby and concierge areas
- Act as a brand ambassador and actively promote hotel services and experiences
What we need from you:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in concierge or guest services within a hotel or resort
- At least one year of supervisory experience or a similar leadership role
- Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to guide and motivate a team
- Good local knowledge or the willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage
- High School qualification or equivalent, hospitality education is a plus
