Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie - Pastry to join our culinary team and assist in the preparation of delicious pastries and desserts.

Job Responsibility

• Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts according to recipes or chefs instructions
• Ensure all pastries are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and place orders as needed
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Comply with health and safety regulations
  
  

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation techniques
• Creative and detail-oriented approach to food preparation
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
  

• Expertise in pastry techniques and baking
• Knowledge of different types of desserts, breads, and pastries
• Ability to create and innovate pastry recipes
