Bartender

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining the highest standards of service. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of mixology techniques, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a significant role in our guests' experience by providing courteous and attentive service and ensuring the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure efficient operation.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks timely and accurately.
• Manage bar inventory and order supplies to ensure the bar is fully stocked.
• Create new and innovative cocktails and drink mixes to enhance the menu.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Process payments and handle cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines related to beverage preparation.
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to improve service strategies and cooperation.
• Monitor patrons' behavior and consumption levels to prevent over-intoxication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer selections.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with patrons.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and maintain a rapid pace.
• Certified in responsible alcohol service and adherence to legal requirements.
• Outstanding communication skills and the patience to meet various needs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
