Every event tells a story, and as a Banquet Attendant, you’ll help write it. From the first welcome to the final goodbye, you’ll create moments that guests remember for all the right reasons. With a genuine smile, great teamwork, and an eye for detail, you’ll turn ordinary functions into exceptional experiences.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Support the setup and service of banquet functions, ensuring all arrangements are completed to the highest standard.
  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and genuine care throughout events.
  • Coordinate closely with the banquet team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of function rooms before, during, and after events.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Handle guest queries with confidence, providing quick and helpful responses.

What We need from you:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage or event service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to lift or move items up to 23 kg.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering True Hospitality.
