Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service

  • Assist in the daily operation of the Sunset Bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
  • Supervise bar and service staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality beverages and food service following established standards.
  • Monitor bar ambiance and cleanliness to maintain a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Staff Management

  • Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating team members.
  • Ensure staff adhere to grooming standards, service protocols, and safety guidelines.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and conduct refresher training when needed.
  • Foster positive team engagement and uphold company values.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in bars, lounges, or restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and service standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic financial and inventory management knowledge.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
