Application Analyst

Job Purpose

Stevin Rock is seeking a skilled Applications Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, and enhancement of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and mining-specific applications. This role ensures optimal system performance, seamless integration, and provides user support across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Application Administration and Maintenance:

• Administer, maintain, and enhance ERP, CRM, and other critical applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Work with vendors to deploy patches, updates, and integrations effectively.
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of IIS-based applications.
  
  

• Develop custom reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, integrating data from multiple sources.
• Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and analysis.
• Ensure data consistency and security across all integrated systems.
• Design and implement seamless integrations between ERP, CRM, and other internal systems.
  
  

• Work on API configurations, data mappings, and workflow automation.
• Utilize Power Apps for automation and business process enhancement.
• Coordinate with vendors and developers for enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring proper functionality, SEO, and content accuracy.
  
  

• Provide technical support and training for end-users on enterprise applications.
• Implement and monitor IT policies, application security best practices, and compliance measures.
• Develop and maintain user training materials and documentation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
  
  

• Plan and execute application-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  
  

• Preferred Microsoft Power Apps & Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, ERP/CRM Vendor-Specific Certifications.
  
  

• 7-8 years of experience in application administration and support.
• Expertise in SQL Server & Database Management, Microsoft Power Apps & Power BI, ERP & CRM Administration, IIS Applications & Web Services, System Integration & API Management, Mining & Industrial Software, Application Security & Compliance.
  
  

• Fluent in English.
• Driving License.
