AC Technician - Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspection of HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation units.
  
  

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
  

• Diagnose faults and repair compressors, motors, thermostats, and control systems.
  
  

• Monitor refrigerant levels and check for leaks.
  
  

• Maintain temperature control in guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, and public areas.
  
  

• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office regarding guest complaints.
  
  

• Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts.
  
  

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration.
  
  

• 2+ years of similar experience in hotel or resort maintenance.
  
  

• Knowledge of central AC systems and split units.
  
  

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
