  • To create the first positive impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm welcoming manner-by name addressed.
  • To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company’s standard as prescribed in Standard Operations Manual.
  • To perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in Standard Training Manual.
  • To ensure that all equipment always serviced and functions properly.
  • To be able to answer all questions related to services and identify the benefit or advantage of treatments required to the guests.
  • To assist with demonstrations and events as required.
  • To participate in a new training and refreshing program as required.
  • Attend all the online training programs assigned to you by the spa products brands.
  • Upsell the treatments as well as the retail products to the guests.
  • Ensure aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with guest concerns, and offering to prepare products at reception for purchase.
  • Encourage guests to return to the spa by recommending an ongoing treatment program and cross selling the other business centers in the spa.
  • To report for duty punctually and prepared in advance of treatments.
  • Cover reception as and when required.
  • Assist in other areas of the hotel as and when required, carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.
  • To update the Therapist Logbook.
  • To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor’s guidelines.
  • To respond to the change as indicated by the company.
  • To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy andprocedures.
  • To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy related to fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
  • To report for duty punctually and always wear the correct uniform with the name badge.
  • To carry out the other duties as assigned by the management team.
  • To establish good relationship and rapport with guests and colleagues
  • To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
  • To schedule appointment in such a way that staff is available to handle all bookings or work with other spas to have staff sent in for assistance.
  • To politely confirm name, treatment appointment time, and cancellation policy to all guests before ending phone conversations.
