Foreman

Role Purpose

Supervise and lead crews/workers engaged in standards while managing resources and coordinating with team members.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensuring daily construction tasks are performed according to plans and specifications, meeting project milestones and deadlines.
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and minimize accidents.
• Overseeing work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues.
• Efficiently managing materials, equipment, and labor to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Acting as the liaison between the site crew and higher management, providing regular progress updates, and addressing any concerns or changes.
  
  

• The foreman should have a relevant vocational qualification or certification in construction, civil engineering, or a related field, such as a diploma in construction management or a trade certification.
• 3-5 years significant Industrial, commercial, residential construction experience.
• Knowledge of related trade field
