Job Description

Manage and oversee the organisation's financial operations and reporting processes.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide financial analysis to assist with strategic decision-making.
Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial efficiency.
Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and senior management.
Lead and mentor finance team members to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Lead should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
Strong experience in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in financial management and reporting systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and oversee budgets effectively.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
